Why is my course not reported to CE-Broker?
Courses are generally reported to CE-Broker within 24 hours of completing the course. If they have not been reported after 24 hours, please go to the Your Licenses page, found under the Licenses tab and make sure that your license information is entered correctly, exactly as it reads on the boards website. The system needs the license information to send CE-Broker the course information.
If you have the correct license information and the course has not been reported after 24 hours, contact us using the Help icon at bottom-right of the page, call our live support at 541-833-0087 or use the Contact Us button under the Resources tab.
